Clinical Operations Manager

Lumira Search is handling the recruitment of a Clinical Operations Manager for a medical device start-up in the structural heart field.

Our client develops innovative medical devices transforming care for patients with structural heart disease. They are growing fast and seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead their clinical studies and help bring a breakthrough therapy to market. This position is a national role and as such we are open to candidates based anywhere in the US.

As Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll manage the planning, execution, and oversight of global clinical trials; ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Partner with cross-functional teams, CROs, and clinical sites to drive successful outcomes.

Tasks :

• Lead end-to-end operations for the clinical study
• Manage vendors, budgets, and study timelines
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14155, and regulatory standards
• Support protocol development and study documentation
• Mentor and guide study teams
