Pay & Schedule

Hourly Rate : $19.10 / hour

Minimum : 35 hours per week

Schedule : Flexible shifts with every other weekend required

Your Role as a Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.) in clients' homes

Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders

Monitor vital signs and report any changes to clinical staff

Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily routines

Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a safe environment at all times

✅ Requirements

Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in New York State

Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)

Completion of a NYS Department of Health-approved HHA training program or equivalent

Must be 18 years or older

Basic literacy and arithmetic skills

Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
