What You'll Do
Provide direct, hands-on therapy services to residents in collaboration with an Occupational TherapistContribute to personalized treatment plans, documenting patient progress and communicating improvements or concernsSupport and motivate residents as they work toward achieving functional independence and improved quality of lifeParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, strategies, and outcomes with a collaborative rehab teamMaintain confidentiality and support patient rights with compassion and respectWhat You Bring to the Table
Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current New York State licensePrior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or a similar setting is a plus!Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to patient safety and satisfactionWork Environment and Requirements
Comfortable with the emotional demands of working with residents experiencing varying physical and cognitive challengesReliable and committed to maintaining professional standards, punctuality, and teamworkOur Commitment to You
