Job descriptionProvide direct, hands-on therapy services to residents in collaboration with an Occupational Therapist Contribute to personalized treatment plans, documenting patient progress and communicating improvements or concerns Support and motivate residents as they work toward achieving functional independence and improved quality of life Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, strategies, and outcomes with a collaborative rehab team Maintain confidentiality and support patient rights with compassion and respect Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current New York State license Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or a similar setting is a plus!
