LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Mobile Unit

Rainelle Medical Center School Based Health is looking for an LPN to work full-time for our mobile unit that will travel to the unserved elementary schools in Greenbrier County. The unit will travel to several different schools and also community events where healthcare might be needed. Must have a valid WV state license for nursing, valid driver's license, willing to travel and work over time if necessary. 2 years nursing experience is required.

Job Duties include but are not limited to, phlebotomy, initiation of IV therapy, EKG's, willing to assist provider with clinic exam, minor surgical procedures, give injections and be familiar with all vaccines, swabs, urinalysis, specimen collection, lab collections, venapuncture, ability to assist in urgent care and prioritize emergency care situations, excellent computer and communication skills. Maintain communication with provider and with administration / presentations at the schools during school hours and after.
