Product Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the implementation and operational maintenance of assigned products or service areas.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products or service areas

Drive operational aspects and assess performance through tracking and analysis

Create reports and support business review presentations for key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, or vendor management in healthcare

2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare contact center or similar environment

Experience with benefits, product management, marketing and sales, or regulatory affairs is preferred

Experience in a healthcare or managed care environment is preferred
