The Ambulatory Care Services Program Manager is responsible for strategic alignment and integration across Dignity Health Cancer Institute programs in support of business unit processes and administrative efficiency. They will define projects required to support programs and partners to ensure timely implementation and with efficient work flows. The Program Manager manages program(s) from initiation through delivery and monitors for continuous improvement. They will help drive tactical plans and manage projects through to completion. They may be responsible for assembling a project team, assigning and monitoring work of team members and providing guidance and leadership. Identify new areas of internal service line growth opportunities and assist in strategic market planning activities. They will provide accurate and timely data information to management by providing opportunity identification, information sources, reports, create dashboards and analyses. Participate in business development, marketing, public relations.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience

3 years of progressively responsible management experience in a multidisciplinary setting
