We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic

• Director of Biostatistics
• to lead our biostatistics team in advancing innovative research within Medical Device and clinical trial sectors. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of biostatistical methodologies, data analysis, and cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing, machine learning. The ideal candidate will oversee statistical strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards like CDISC, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive scientific discovery and product development.
• Responsibilities
• Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex clinical trials and biomedical research studies.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models using tools such as R, SAS, Python, C++, and SQL to support research objectives.
• Collaborate with biometrics teams to analyze high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., NGS) and datasets.
• Ensure all statistical analyses adhere to regulatory standards including CDISC standards for clinical data management.
• Promote best practices in data analysis skills, scripting, and software development within the team.
• Provide strategic input on clinical research studies, and other scientific initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff in statistical methodology, programming languages (R, Python), and emerging technologies like AI-driven analytics.
• Qualifications
• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials design and analysis with a strong background in biostatistics.
• Medical Device industry experience required
• Proficiency with statistical software including SAS, R, Python, C++, SQL; experience with scripting for automation is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in bioinformatics tools such as next-generation sequencing analysis pipelines and molecular biology datasets.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques, AI applications in healthcare, data mining methods, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with databases and adherence to industry standards such as CDISC is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of genetics, epidemiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and quantum engineering principles related to biomedical research.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex scientific concepts effectively. Job Type : Contract

Pay : $90.00 - $150.00 per hour
