Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruitment efforts for URBN's supply chain fulfillment centers. While primarily based at one of the fulfillment sites, the coordinator may occasionally travel to other locations to assist with hiring events, recruitment activities, and community engagement initiatives. This includes building relationships with local organizations, participating in job fairs, and promoting URBN as an employer of choice within the community.

Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met and aligned with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels at task prioritization, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Manages the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management.
• Partners with temporary staffing agencies, centralized planning, operations leadership, and HR to coordinate weekly headcount need and facilitate the monthly conversion process from temporary to permanent employment.
• Delivers exceptional candidate support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues with professionalism and care.
• Guides new hires through onboarding and paperwork completion to ensure a seamless transition into orientation and employment.
• Supports the planning, promotion, and execution of hiring events and community job fairs, creating an engaging and authentic candidate experience.
• Collaborates with the Supply Chain recruitment team across the network to assist with hiring surges during peak seasons or other specialized roles as needed.
