Position Details

Location : Bloomington, MN; Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area; Eden Prairie, MN (various locations). Salary range and compensation details are provided in the listing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing light fixture selections and layouts, lighting controls, and energy efficiency compliance documentation.
• Support the preparation of lighting design documents and equipment specifications in accordance with industry standards and codes (e.g., IES Standards, NFPA 70, ASHRAE, IECC).
• Contribute to the design of interior, exterior, and landscape lighting systems.
• Assist in developing project estimates and schedules.
• Collaborate with team members and other disciplines to ensure project success.
• Participate in the business development process by contributing to proposal preparation.
• Design one or more of the following : light fixture selections and layouts, lighting controls design, layout, sequence and specifications, energy efficiency compliance documentation.
• Prepare lighting design documents and equipment specifications to meet contracted scope of work and ensure application of Lighting Design Principles (e.g., IES Standards, NFPA 70, ASHRAE, IECC codes).
