A company is looking for a Client Services Representative to support their lab operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
Investigate and resolve patient or client concerns in a timely manner
Manage and resolve a variety of needs related to patient cases within testing stages
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role; contact center experience preferred
Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
Experience in managing multiple applications and strong organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
