Substance Use Counselor LCADC / CADC 147 Fee for Service located in Phillipsburg NJ Salary : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour plus Sign On Bonus - $2,500 Responsibilities : Credentialed Substance Use Counselor to be primary clinician for Level 1 outpatient substance use program in Phillipsburg. May conduct full substance use assessments, make recommendations for level of care, facilitate individual and / or group counseling sessions, complete treatment planning, discharge planning, as well as case management with referral sources for mandated clients. Requirements : Master’s Degree level with LCADC or LAC / LPC / LSW / LCSW with CADC / CADC intern. Supervision for CADC / LCADC provided. Familiar with NJSAMS Experience completing substance use assessments with urine drug screens. Candidate should have clinical experience in group and individual modalities. Excellent writing skills. Ability to collaborate with referral sources and affiliated agencies (i.e. IDRC, Probation).
