• On-site Accident Procedure
• Driving Accident Procedure
• Time Clock Approval
• Subcontractor Management
• Create pre-build shop drawings
• Pre-Con Meeting
• Project Layout
• Manage Construction
• Cold Weather Concreting
• Hot Weather Concreting
• Execute Change Orders
• Accounts Payable and Job Costing
• Labor Return Job Costing
• Manage Profitability

Required Experience

Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. This position requires experience with some of the following concrete phases :
