About Nova Supports

Nova Supports is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team, working in our evening clinic. Nova Supports provides in-home AND in-clinic ABA services to individuals with autism across Utah. We take pride in providing COMPETENT and COMPASSIONATE care to each of our clients.

Position Overview

Compensation : $20-$23 / hour once certified

Schedule :

4 : 00PM-8 : 00PM Monday- Thursday

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will work with a very active and fun young individual. Be prepared to run, play, and entertain this very fun and busy individual!

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
• Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
