In this role, you will :

• Retain client business through site visits, problem solving, and acting as a liaison to laboratory management and operations.
• Assess needs by using accepted client service processes to maintain customer satisfaction and grow sales.
• Manage customer / supplier relationship functions through reports and evaluation.
• Generate additional business through site visits and consultation with clients to increase market share of existing products and services.
• Supports the Sales Team and the Sales / Marketing Director in providing timely, professional and courteous service.
