POSITION : Senior / Chief Estimator LOCATION : Boston, Massachusetts

POSITION SUMMARY : We're seeking an experienced Senior / Chief Estimator to lead the preconstruction department and oversee all estimating operations. This key leadership role will drive the company's continued success in securing and executing high-value projects exceeding $5MM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and mentor the estimating team
• Oversee all preconstruction activities and bid processes
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff
• Prepare and review comprehensive estimates using Quickbid
• Develop and implement estimating standards and procedures
• Analyze construction documents and identify potential risks
• Lead scope review meetings with project stakeholders
• Maintain relationships with key subcontractors and vendors
• Participate in value engineering initiatives
• Present bid proposals to executive team and clients
• Collaborate with operations team for seamless project transitions
• Develop and maintain historical cost databases
