Role snapshot

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will identify, develop, and implement process improvements across manufacturing and operations. You’ll apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to elevate productivity, eliminate waste, and uphold stringent quality standards. You will validate changes, document outcomes, and deploy improvements efficiently. Partner closely with production teams, industrial engineers, and site leadership to standardize and sustain gains. A day in the life

• Analyze current business and shop-floor processes to pinpoint bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate CI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma toolsets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement, standardize, and sustain results.
• Run root-cause problem-solving workshops to address chronic issues.
• Train and mentor teammates on CI methods and tools.
• Utilize film equipment to document processes and create standard work.
• Document processes, improvements, and outcomes for future reference.
