Responsibilities Work in a Level IV Maternal Designation hospital with 20 LDR suites, 4 C-section suites, 10 triage rooms, 51 mother-baby couplet rooms, and 14 monitored antepartum rooms Serve in a busy, high-risk Labor & Delivery unit with over 500 deliveries per month Academic teaching environment with collaborative private OB practices 24-hour in-house attending OB, anesthesia, and NICU coverage Night shift position, working 19 : 00 to 07 : 30 Participation in a Perinatal Transport Program Responsibilities include providing care for complex and high-risk labor and delivery patients Team-based environment with strong support from attending physicians and anesthesia Unit expansion planned with the opening of a new Women's Tower in late 2025 No COVID-19 vaccination required Local candidates are accepted at a reduced pay rate per facility radius rules Compliance with one position submission policy system-wide Requirements Active TX or compact RN license Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery or perinatal experience in a high-volume delivery service BLS, ACLS (must be AHA or ARC), and NRP (AHA / AAP Pediatric) certifications required Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program All clinicians must possess a US Social Security Number and a US home address Primary source license verification via Nursys within 30 days prior to start Driver’s license and two professional references required Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-572092.
