Elevate your sales impact from the inside, supporting Oracle's Government, Defense, and Intelligence (GDI) customers at the center of the nation's most strategic initiatives. As a member of our high-performing Inside Sales team, you will drive SaaS contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities that help customers maximize the value of their Oracle investments. This is a remote position and the candidate can live anywhere in the US, with a preference for the greater Washington DC area.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the SaaS renewals process for a portfolio of GDI accountsdelivering high renewal rates and closing all contracts before expiration, right from our inside sales environment. Proactively engage customers over phone, video, and digital channels to reinforce Oracle's value proposition and uncover upsell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, build consultative relationships, and provide ongoing account management and guidance. Accurately forecast, track, and close renewals and upsell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Identify and address risks to renewal, partnering with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Efficiently manage your pipeline, accounts, and activities within Oracle's CRM and sales platforms. Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product, and support to communicate customer needs and advocate for solutions.
About You
8+ years of inside sales, SaaS renewals, account management, or related experienceideally with federal or public sector clients. In-depth understanding of the full renewals sales cycle, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas through phone, virtual, and digital engagement. Proven negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced sales environment. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to customer challenges. Experience building relationships and closing sales with minimal direction. Federal market or defense sector experience a strong advantage.

US : Hiring Range in USD from $30.19 to $48.32 per hour; from : $62,800 to $100,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50 / 50 - 65 / 35.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
