Job description

Registered Nurse Case Manager - PRN

What You Must Have :

  • Current State Registered Nurse License
  • Current Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance
  • 1-3 years previous Home Health Care / Long Term Care experience, Hospice preferred
