We are hiring a Client Care Coordinator who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Client Care Coordinator Benefits :
Competitive pay ranges between $40,000 - $45,000 per year

Client Care Coordinator Responsibilities :
Handling incoming client inquiry calls
Scheduling care visits
Providing exemplary customer service
Communicating regularly with clients, their families and caregivers
Screening new caregiver applicants and participating in the hiring process
This is an in-office position with the hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
After hours on-call service one week per month
Client Care Coordinator Requirements :
Experience – Two years office experience in a home care setting preferred
Education – High school diploma
Skills – Excellent organizational skills, developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary professionalism and communication skills
Characteristics – We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn. Someone who will be a valued team member who will work to provide excellent service to our clients.
