Now Hiring : Trade Compliance & Freight Manager

We're looking for an experienced Trade Compliance & Freight Manager to lead global compliance and freight operations. This is a high-impact role ensuring adherence to international trade laws while optimizing efficiency, cost savings, and service quality across logistics networks.

What You'll Do :

  • ?? Develop and oversee trade compliance policies & procedures (U.S. & international regulations : EAR, ITAR, OFAC, Customs, HTS / ECCN, FTZ)
  • ?? Lead freight strategy across ocean, air, parcel, and ground transportation
  • ?? Manage carriers, forwarders, customs brokers, contracts, and audits
  • ?? Drive KPIs, compliance monitoring, and process improvements
  • ?? Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve transit times, and strengthen compliance culture

What We're Looking For :

  • ?? Bachelor's in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or related
  • ?? 5+ years in trade compliance & freight / logistics leadership
  • ?? Strong knowledge of U.S. customs, HTS / ECCN classification, and FTZ operations
  • ?? Experience managing global freight contracts & carrier relationships
  • ?? Professional certifications (CCS, CES, LCB, CTPAT) preferred
