As a Security Professional - Unarmed CRE Patrol Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong and approachable presence. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you conduct mobile patrols throughout the property. You will interact with visitors, tenants, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or security-related issues.Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related risks, or hazards encountered during patrols.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and / or irregularities in accordance with company and location protocols.Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and property management to support a secure environment for tenants, guests, and staff.Follow post orders and instructions provided by supervisors and designated Allied Universal representatives.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience providing customer service is preferred.Experience using a computer and / or tablet is preferred.Possession of a state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
