Job descriptionProven experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and perform physical tasks as needed. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A valid forklift certification is preferred but not required (company may assist with certification for the right candidate).

Location : Richmond, VA
Pay Rate : $17-$20 / hr
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate sit-down forklifts to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials and products to designated locations within the warehouse.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies during receiving and shipping processes.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
