Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, strategic communication, and collaboration. You’ll contribute to how we present our work, our people, and our values to clients, partners, and the broader industry. Working closely with your sales and marketing teammates, you’ll support strategic pursuits and department operations while helping elevate our brand presence—directly impacting our ability to win new projects across the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing and Proposal Collateral :
Maintain and update project sheets, resumes, firm overviews, and other branded materials.
Implement your proofreading skills to ensure high-quality products.
Content Creation :
Support development of presentations, award submissions, social media posts, and publicity materials for PC and its projects.
Event Support :
Help plan and execute tradeshows, conferences, and client engagements, including logistics, promotional items, shipping, and travel coordination.
Digital Asset Management :
Organize and maintain photo libraries and digital assets; lead photography efforts for projects and personnel.
Vendor Coordination :
Serve as the point of contact for vendors related to marketing materials, promotional merchandise, and office environment needs.
Team Operations :
Maintain accurate department calendars and shared tools; support internal coordination and administrative tasks.

This position has a pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock and a profit-sharing bonus . #LI-Onsite
