Position : LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) RN\n\nSpecialty : Labor & Delivery / Postpartum RN\n\nKey Details : \n\nUnit : 4 L&D beds, 6 Postpartum beds, 1 triage bed\n\nExperience Required : L&D + Med-Surg / Peds (critical access experience preferred)\n\nCertifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP\n\nShifts : Rotating Day / Night every 3 weeks (7a–7 : 30p & 7p–7 : 30a)\n\nPatient Ratios : 1 : 1 for induction, 1 : 2 Postpartum (AWHONN guidelines)\n\nSkills : OB drips (Pitocin), cardiac drips, sedation, EFM monitoring, reading tele strips\n\nFloating : To Med-Surg / Peds when OB census is low\n\nCall : 1-hour response time\n\nOther : 1 nurse aide 6a–6 : 30p, RT on call 24 / 7, GE EFM, Phillips telemonitors, no dress code\n\n✅ Specialty : Labor & Delivery / Postpartum RN (LDRP)
