ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my agency in 2013 after building my career in title and escrow as well as the mortgage industry, experiences that shaped a strong foundation in problem-solving, organization, and customer care. Our team includes three members, and this is truly a family-run operation - my husband even works alongside me in the agency. That family-first perspective carries into how we lead, support one another, and serve our customers every day.

For our team, we offer Flex Fridays (when team goals are met Monday through Thursday, Fridays are off!) along with a Simple IRA, full licensing reimbursement, and flexibility when needed for family commitments. ROLE DESCRIPTION:Olimpia Campos Garner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
