Typical task breakdown:
- Office Administration (Scheduling and coordinating conference rooms, facility vendor coordination, office supplies monitoring and ordering, etc.), Leader calendaring (Organizing multiple schedules and resolving conflicts, arranging travel, managing office visitors, etc.)
Interaction with team:
- Daily interaction with multiple directors and managers
Team Structure
- Directors, Managers, Account Executives, Sr. Engineers, and Technical Leaders; supporting multiple organizations
Work environment:

- Experience in executive level travel and accommodation arrangements; distribute schedules/agendas for travel and prepare expense reports.
(Desired)
- Previous office administration and work experience preferably within a large and complex organization
- SAP/Concur Travel and Expense experience
- Experience with ordering through a procurement system
