Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced general litigation defense Paralegal. The individual in this role will have the flexibility of working remotely from any of the following locations, with a preference for those residing in PA or NJ : Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Florida, or Chicago.  The individual will be responsible for supporting a team of attorneys with litigation tasks from inception through trial and close.

Responsibilities :

• Manage client cases from inception through trial and closing.
• Daily time entry billing requirements.
• Obtain, review, analyze and summarize documents, including medical records, financial documents and other relevant case information.
• Trial preparation – such as trial binders, exhibits and preparing witness files.
• Manage court docket calendar.
• Create status reports and provide updates to appropriate parties.
• Willingness to work on cases from start to finish and meet all court deadlines.
• Additional duties as assigned.
