Contact Worker's Comp Claimants

MUST RESIDE IN CENTRAL OR EASTERN TIME ZONE (W2 ONLY)

100% REMOTE, MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting worker's comp claimants to assist with scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. The candidate will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax, and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook.

Responsibilities :

  • On the phone 90% of your shift scheduling
  • Communication Skills is a high priority (speaking with various customers)
  • Strong Emphasis on Customer Service, Employee production and accuracy

Qualifications :

  • 6+ months prior customer service and call center experience in a professional environment - any office location, no preference on industry
  • 6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality.
  • 2 + years Patient Access Representative or Healthcare Experience
  • 50+ WPM typing (a typing test will be given)
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
  • Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable
  • They prefer candidates in the following states : Iowa, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Texas (but not limit to these states)
  • Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
