As a Roofing Apprentice at Jolly Roofing and Contracting, you will begin your career in the commercial roofing industry by working alongside experienced roofing professionals. This hands-on role focuses on learning the installation, repair, and maintenance of single-ply roofing systems, while gaining exposure to metal installations, safety practices, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced roofers in installing and repairing commercial roofing systems, with emphasis on single-ply systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC).
• Support with metal installations such as coping, gutters, and edge metal.
• Help prepare and clean job sites to ensure safe, organized work areas.
• Learn to safely use tools and assist in operating heavy equipment such as man lifts and forklifts.
• Follow all safety regulations, including proper use of fall protection and OSHA requirements.
• Handle roofing materials and tools under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Collaborate with the crew to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards.
