Sr. Manager, Global Value Stream

The impact you'll make in this role :

  • Driving value stream strategy & network optimization across plan, source, make and deliver
  • Partnering with operations and supporting functions to identify, prioritize and execute the end-to-end value stream improvements over the mid-to-long-term planning horizon
  • Developing internal strategic capacity roadmaps to achieve unconstrained demand plan, expand gross margin and deliver top quartile service to the customer
  • Supporting new product introduction (NPI) with strategic insights (Source of Supply (SoS) decisions, technology clusters)
  • Developing, deploying and upholding standard for value stream simplification that aligns to long term supply chain strategy
  • Championing accountability and delivery of the value stream optimization plan across Global Supply Chain (GSC) functions
  • Supporting operations on special projects and critical initiatives to ensure supply continuity and performance excellence

Your skills and expertise :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) AND ten (10) years of combined experience in manufacturing and / or supply chain leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
  • OR
  • High School diploma / GED from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start) AND fourteen (14) years of combined experience in manufacturing and / or supply chain leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
  • Production, value stream / product / manufacturing, plant management experience
  • International manufacturing and supply chain experience
  • Experience leading projects involving Capital Expenditures and / or New Product Introduction
  • Experience working in regulated markets / industries
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Strategic leadership mindset
  • Ability to capture end-to-end customer / business needs across the value stream and lead a team to deliver those results
  • Capability to drive success in a customer first, global, end to end value stream
  • Strong coaching and collaboration skills
  • Work location : Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN, Irvine, CA, or Monrovia, CA (both in greater LA))

    Travel : May include up to 20% domestic and international

    Relocation Assistance : May be authorized

    Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
