Location : Rock Hill, SC (Zip : 29732) – South Carolina nursing jobs

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Facility Setting : Surgical Unit (General Operating Room; trauma and orthopedic experience preferred)

Shift : 12-hour day shifts (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1770–$1890

Call Requirement : 1 call per week

Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend per 6 weeks

Float Requirement : Float to other units within skillset as needed

Nurse-Patient Ratio : 1 : 1

Charting System : Cerner

Scrub Color : Navy blue

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for South Carolina healthcare jobs

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience

Strong skills in General OR; trauma and orthopedic nursing experience highly desirable

Ability to float to other clinical areas within skillset

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort

Assist with surgical procedures and collaborate with the surgical healthcare team

Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes promptly

Accurately document care and surgical procedures using Cerner EMR

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend shifts as required

Float to other nursing units within scope of practice as needed
