At RaySecur, we’re on a mission to protect people and organizations from hidden security threats.  Backed by cutting-edge imaging technology, software, and 24 / 7 expert support, our systems are used by some of the largest Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to keep their people safe.  RaySecur is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to advance our operational excellence in Finance. As our General Accountant, you’ll partner across multiple functions — playing a key role in keeping our finance, customer success, and HR processes running smoothly while helping our teams grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of the full Accounts Payable cycle—accurately enter invoices, resolve discrepancies with care, and ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships by keeping vendor and customer records clear and up to date.
• Prepare and submit invoices to customers, manage collections, and support our customer success team tracking and securing contract renewals.
• Support our financial operations by recording journal entries and assisting with general ledger reconciliations.
• Open and organize incoming mail, deposit checks, and ensure all transactions are recorded with precision.
• Support benefits enrollment, compliance, payroll and HRIS platforms, as needed.

Compensation Range : $65,000 - $75,000

Type : Full-Time W-2
