Supported Living House Manager

JOB TITLE : Supported Living House Manager for a Residential Habilitation Facility in Meridian, providing services to individuals with intellectual Disabilities

JOB SUMMARY : Tomorrow's Hope is Looking for a Big-Hearted Individual to lead a team of 4-5 staff in a 24-hour care facility providing support and care to three residents with intellectual disabilities.  This House Manager is a management level employee, directly responsible for the administrative responsibilities and overall operations of each assigned facility including training and supervision of Direct Care Support Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Act as Direct Care Staff as needed to cover needed staff to client ratios
• Help Residents manage budgets and shop for needed items
• Prepare Direct Care Staff schedules and assignments
• Submit weekly as worked schedules and approve timecards
• Coordinate and assist QIDP with New Direct Care Staff training
• Monitor Direct Care Staff performance through Evaluations and consistent feedback
• Consult with staff on work performance issues and follow up to ensure positive development
• Attend monthly quality assurance meetings and engage in ongoing career development opportunities

REQUIREMENTS : 1. 19 Years Old

2. Experience supervising others

3. Minimum 1-year exp working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

4. Ability to pass a department of health and welfare background check

5. Idaho Driver's License with clean driving record
