Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Bilingual Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for every associate. This role manages the full onboarding cyclefrom paperwork to orientationwhile supporting a high-volume front office and occasionally visiting client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete the entire onboarding process for new associates, including :

Collecting and reviewing employment documents (I-9, W-4, state tax forms, direct deposit, etc.).

Verifying accuracy and compliance of all required paperwork.

Conduct new-hire orientations to educate associates on :

Using the ExpressJobs app for scheduling and job alerts.

Accessing paystubs, submitting timecards, and understanding payroll procedures.

Workplace policies, safety requirements, and employment expectations.

Provide exceptional front-office support, including answering and routing a high volume of incoming calls and responding to candidate inquiries.

Maintain organized digital and paper files; ensure data entry is accurate and timely in all HR systems.

Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks to support recruiting, payroll, and client services teams.

Perform client check-ins as needed, which may occasionally require night or weekend availability.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required (written and verbal).

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends occasionally, as business needs dictate.

Previous experience in HR, staffing, onboarding, or administrative support is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, on-site role.

Front-office setting with frequent interaction with candidates, associates, and clients.

Some travel to client locations for check-ins.
