Neurology Physician

Job Title : Psychologist - Neuro Join our dedicated Neuropsychology team in the vibrant city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are seeking a full-time Neuropsychologist (PhD) to bring their expertise to our dynamic practice. With a focus on comprehensive adult and geriatric cognitive assessments, this position will allow you to work closely with a team of experienced providers in a supportive environment. Job Responsibilities : Provide 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient care. Work Monday to Friday with no holidays or weekends required. Conduct neuro-cognitive testing, averaging 8 assessments per week. Collaborate with a team of four providers and utilize psychometric assistance. Perform comprehensive assessments for memory disturbances, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, and more. Administer pre-surgical assessments for various surgical evaluations. Assess decision-making capacity for patients. Maintain a leadership role or specialized training in the field (2 years preferred). Qualifications : Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA accredited institution. Completed an APA-endorsed internship. Michigan license or the willingness to obtain. Clean malpractice history (highly preferred). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with one year being post-doctoral. Visa support may be required (J1 or H1B). License and Certification Requirements : Must hold a PhD or PsyD from an accredited program. Internship endorsement by the American Psychological Association required. Must obtain or currently hold a valid Michigan license.
