Requirements

• Education or experience as an Auto Body Technician
• Able to straighten / measure frames, weld damaged panels, repair / replace exterior panels
• ICAR certifications preferred but not required
• Must have great attention to detail
• Must have manual dexterity of both arms and hands
• Speak and listen effectively in dealing with customers and associates, both in person and over the phone
• Task-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient worker; enthusiastic and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Background and driving record check
• Valid driver's license
