About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Third Party Risk Management Reporting Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) oversight of third parties in the Americas. This key role involves supporting the overall TPRM reporting package, working with TPRM leadership and business unit leadership to monitor third-party risk, and producing analytical solutions to drive improvements. The role also includes ensuring adherence to TPRM policies and procedures, interfacing with the second line of defense and internal audit, and supporting the preparation of TPRM portfolio and third-party performance for risk and management committees.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in third-party management, and a basic understanding of the financial services industry and operational risk management programs. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to manage risks at both micro and macro levels, and advanced experience with data modeling tools such as Power Query, SQL, Tableau, and Excel. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of database design and structure, program reporting experience, and the ability to identify and work through issues, including remediation and escalation. Strong communication skills, the ability to create executive presentations, and a talent for building and maintaining relationships are essential.
