Cash Posting Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Cash Posting.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage the Payment Posting team, including workload coordination and communication

Lead training and mentoring efforts for team members while developing training materials for cash posting operations

Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve payment posting issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in leading and training teams in business office activities

Familiarity with patient accounting systems and payment posting processes

Knowledge of bank lockboxes, ACH, and daily reconciliation

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Experience in auditing and resolving payment posting issues
