As an RN in our Emergency Department, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Direct Patient Care : Utilize your nursing skills to perform interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document Patient Care : Keep accurate records of the care provided to each patient.
• Monitor Patient Conditions : Communicate effectively with the care team, physicians, patients, and families regarding patient status.
• Assist with Daily Living Activities : Support patients in personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and ambulation.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines : Work with various healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Educate Patients and Families : Assess learning needs and provide tailored education based on age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for Patients : Champion the physical and emotional well-being of every patient.
