About the Role

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations, including detailed patient histories and physical exams

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and other cardiac studies

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings

Perform cardiology-related procedures as needed

Collaborate with specialists across disciplines (pulmonology, nephrology, oncology, endocrinology, etc.) for coordinated patient care

Educate patients and families on heart health, disease prevention, and treatment options

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with regulatory standards

Stay current with advances in cardiology through ongoing professional development

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology

Active, unrestricted NY medical license

Strong clinical expertise and ability to collaborate across multiple specialties
