Some things you can expect to do :

• Assist and grow regional field teams with use of Ryan's scheduling standard practices.
• Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and / or reviewing schedules.
• Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with Ryan project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders.
• Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations.
• Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior.
• Act as a resource to project construction teams.
• Work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers.
• Travel for projects as needed throughout the year (up to 50%).
