Job description03 years in research, analytics, or SaaS operations OR recently graduated in data-focused fields. Proficient in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or visualization tools). Strong communicator who enjoys turning insights into clear recommendations. Interested in applying analytical skills in customer-facing settings. Hungry, humble, and eager to grow in the AI product / customer success space. Learn Signals + AI / LLM basics, shadow launches, and complete internal onboarding. Co-own small customer implementations with a mentor; document a simple playbook. Lead a small go-live end-to-end with guidance; demo what you built to the team. Zapier / Make, basic SQL or APIs, Python / JS, Salesforce / HubSpot, data viz. Hands-on AI experience (real customers, real outcomes). Mentorship, rapid learning, and clear growth paths (Implementation or CS). Built with a Provo-based team shipping fast and growing quickly. Responsibilities
- Configure and launch AI Cloud Employees while capturing key customer data.
- Translate business problems into measurable AI workflows and reporting.
- Support customer onboarding with strong documentation and insights.
- Analyze usage data and provide feedback to improve customer outcomes.
- Assist with reporting frameworks and dashboards to demonstrate ROI.
