  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct repairs and troubleshoot machines, electrical systems, and other facilities equipment.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to optimize systems and processes.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent.
  • Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized repair or servicing tasks.
  • Continuously assess processes, identify potential areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in machinery operations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.
  • Relevant certification or technical degree is a plus.
