End Date : January 8, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Shift : 6 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM (8-hour day shifts)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1810 - $1950

On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, Telemetry, or acute care nursing

BLS certification (AHA required)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac events, surgeries, or procedures

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, telemetry, and vital signs

Administer medications and manage IV drips as ordered by physicians

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on cardiac care, recovery, and discharge instructions

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
