We are seeking a proactive and personable mid-level Capture / Business Development Associate to join our growing federal business development team. If you understand the federal contracting and proposal environment, thrive on making connections, and enjoy the challenge of identifying and shaping new opportunities then this job is for you. You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify upcoming procurements, build strategic partnerships, and position our company for success in a competitive government market. If you're naturally outgoing, love attending industry events, and know how to turn conversations into opportunities, then this is the role for you. We're looking for a mid-level person because we want you to grow with us as we grow!
We are not looking for a schmoozer. We need someone who can connect with people naturally and be the type of person others want to work with. We are not looking for someone to just go to events and make connections, this role requires research, digging, due diligence, and organization. It's a blend between capture, business development and proposal tasks.
Candidates MUST reside in a HUBZone. This is a non-negotiable. Please check your HUBZone status before applying.
Basic / Preferred Qualifications
Clearance and Where You'll Work
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
