Practice Overview

• Academic Team Environment : Join a collaborative Pulmonary & Critical Care division with support from residents, fellows, and APPs in both the ICU and clinic
• Customize your clinical focus : choose from outpatient pulmonary, critical care-only, combined Pulm / CCM, or add sleep medicine if desired
• Closed ICU model : Manage 16-20-bed ICUs with multidisciplinary rounding, full subspecialty support, and telehealth consult access
• Leadership & Mentorship Opportunities : Get involved in program-building, education, and faculty development initiatives
