The Commercial Roofing Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems under the direction of a Roofing Service Foreman. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
• Safely operate hand tools, roofing equipment, and machinery; f ollow all safety guidelines, including fall protection and PPE use
• Load and unload materials and tools; stage materials on roofs
• Remove old roofing systems and clean work areas, m aintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
