About the Position :

• Job Title : IT Support Technician

• Reporting to : Director, Information Technology
• Expected Travel : 0% of Expected Travel

Responsibilities :

Installing and removing desktop and laptop computers as required

Install and removing network equipment

Communicate with outside vendors to maintain relationships

Anti-virus software

Enables employees to request support for hardware and software issues through a ticketing system

Developing, communicating, and implementing IT programs, policies, and procedures to include the following :

IT onboarding for new hires

Qualifications :

Associate's degree or equivalent certification in IT or related field

2+ years Help Desk support experience

Windows server 2012 & newer

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with imaging tools or MDM (e.g., Intune, JAMF, Ivanti)

Salary Range : This position is a Level 2 at Origin Materials. The pay range for this position level at Origin Materials is $55,400 - $100,900. This range is not necessarily a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education and other factors.
